Gregor Doltar is NeuraRod’s CEO and a seasoned software architect with 25+ years of hands-on engineering experience. He specializes in AI-enabled systems, RAG architecture, and on-premises LLM deployment. Gregor has deep expertise in enterprise storage, cloud infrastructure (AWS, OpenShift), and backend systems. He’s driven by a passion for solving complex problems and building intelligent systems that deliver real business value. When not coding, he enjoys windsurfing, cycling, and running.

The Creator.

Simon is NeuraRod’s Chief Operating Officer and Principal Architect with 20+ years of experience building backend systems and leading international development teams. He specializes in CQRS, Event Sourcing, microservice architectures, and real-time data pipelines—designing systems that scale. Simon excels at turning complex requirements into elegant, loosely-coupled solutions and mentoring teams. At NeuraRod, he combines operational leadership with deep technical expertise, shaping the architecture of our AI agent platform and driving strategy for product development and customer engagement. Outside work, Simon is passionate about physical fitness, sharp recipes, Jalapeños and Habaneros.

The Architect.

Jani is Chief Technology Officer at NeuraRod, with 15+ years of experience building frontend, backend, and cloud systems across enterprise software, healthcare, banking, e-commerce, and storage. He’s a strong architect focused on TypeScript, Vue/Nuxt, AWS infrastructure, and pragmatic software design. Jani leads our technical vision and product experience — from incident management systems to full-stack cloud architecture. When he’s not building robust systems, you’ll find him strength training, boxing, or focusing on physical and emotional fitness.
